Accessible Patient-Centered Care
We offer 20-30 minute virtual or in-person* appointments encompassing acute, chronic, and specialized care. We integrate into your healthcare team and can work with you to treat a wide range of conditions and ailments. Diagnostics such as labwork or imaging are ordered through our lab / imaging partners, referrals can be sent directly to you and your desired healthcare providers, and prescriptions can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.
