Michael Fusco, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered medical care in New York. With expertise in internal medicine and emergency care, he focuses on diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Michael earned his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Adelphi University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).
Throughout his career, Michael has been committed to making healthcare more accessible and efficient, offering a compassionate and thorough approach to patient care. His experience includes affiliations with Montefiore Medical Center and Summit Health/CityMD, where he has worked in both primary care and emergency medicine settings. Whether conducting virtual consultations, managing chronic conditions, or providing urgent medical care, he prioritizes patient well-being and evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Matthew N. Mavroson, D.O.
Medical Director
Founder of Dr. SkinnyShot and ReNu Medical, Dr. Mavroson’s journey to medicine began at an early age with a simple goal: to make a difference in people’s lives. Inspired by witnessing the life-changing impact of compassionate care as a child for a loved one, he developed a deep passion for helping others. This experience fueled his commitment to guiding patients on their own journeys to health and wellness, empowering them to feel confident, strong, and in control of their lives.
Dr. Mavroson has a deep sense of discipline, dedication, and a commitment to service. His foundation in medicine is rooted in extensive education and training. He graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City in 2011 and proudly served as an active-duty physician in the United States Army.
Valerie Craft-Drago, RN
Valerie’s passion for health and healing began through her own personal journey. A lifelong gymnast and former USAG level 10 competitor, Valerie experienced multiple lumbar disc herniations and early-onset degenerative disc disease. Facing the possibility of surgery at a young age, she turned to Wu Wei Wellness, where holistic therapies such as cupping, acupuncture, and manual therapy helped her find relief and avoid invasive procedures.
Inspired by these experiences, Valerie pursued a career in healthcare. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, concentrating in Emergency Critical Care, and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, also with highest honors. She then fulfilled her dream of working in the ICU, where she continues to provide compassionate, critical care.
During her time on the frontlines at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Valerie faced another personal challenge—developing gastroparesis as a complication of the virus. After trialing experimental medications and preparing for surgery, she once again turned to Wu Wei Wellness. Through a personalized, holistic approach, she was able to heal in ways she never thought possible.
Today, Valerie is honored to be part of Fusco Care Services, where she combines her medical expertise with her personal passion for holistic healing. She is committed to supporting patients with an integrative approach that brings together the best of Eastern and Western medicine to restore balance, resilience, and long-term health.
Madison Schwarz, RN
Madison is a Registered Nurse who believes that providing compassionate, patient-centered care is just as important as the treatment itself. She is passionate about caring for the whole person, recognizing that true healthcare extends beyond treating illness. Madison believes in promoting wellness, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their overall health and well-being.
Driven by a desire to help others, Madison initially knew she wanted to make a difference but was still discovering the path that best fit her passion. She graduated from Stony Brook University with highest honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Emergency and Critical Care. It was during this time that she realized her calling was nursing. She went on to complete Stony Brook University’s Accelerated Baccalaureate Nursing Program, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in just 11 months. Today, Madison proudly cares for patients in the Emergency Department at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she combines clinical expertise with compassion during some of her patients’ most vulnerable moments.
