Please note: Our concierge membership is an optional add-on designed to complement your existing health insurance. If you do not have insurance, it also provides an accessible pathway to receive care outside of traditional network coverage. A membership is not required to be a patient of Fusco Care — we welcome all patients with or without insurance.

No. We work alongside your existing insurance or Medicare coverage. Routine care, lab work, and imaging services remain covered and billed through your insurance as usual. The membership provides enhanced access and personalized care on top of your existing plan.

With our Comprehensive and Premier plans, you have direct text and phone access to your provider. Premier members get urgent appointments within 24 hours (excluding holidays). All members can reach us via secure messaging.

Yes! Our Comprehensive and Premier plans include one in-person annual physical exam at one of our affiliate office locations. Office visits are also available as an add-on for Essential members.

Comprehensive members receive 2 complimentary IV drips per year, and Premier members receive 3. All members can add additional IV drips at a discounted rate. IV infusions deliver essential vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes directly into your bloodstream.

You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting the cancellation page on our website or contacting our team directly.

Not at all! It is an optional add-on to supplement your insurance. You can still be a patient of Fusco Care with your current insurance plan or with no insurance.
